- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a sense of community.

- Oversee resident engagement programs, ensuring regular communication, feedback collection, and meaningful consultation.

- Monitor and improve resident satisfaction

Relationship Management

- Serve as the escalation point for complex resident concerns and disputes.

- Build and maintain robust, respectful relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders.

- Promote a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and service excellence across all resident-facing teams.

Operational Oversight

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services across all sites.

- Collaborate with property, hospitality, and care teams to align operations with resident needs and expectations.

- Monitor service standards and implement improvements where necessary.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure all resident-related activities comply with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.

- Oversee the resolution of complaints and incidents, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to resident relations and service delivery.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and support resident services teams, fostering a culture of accountability, care, and continuous improvement.

- Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall resident experience.

​Strategic Planning & Reporting

- Contribute to the development of strategic plans related to resident services and engagement.

- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Oversee regular reporting on resident satisfaction, service performance, and improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience

- Relevant experience in senior management in aged care or a related field.

- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse range of functions and responsibilities.

- Proven track record in operational management, financial management, and team leadership.
