**What your day will look like**:

- You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
- You will book medical exams and appointments for patients, providing further information when required.
- You will manage patient records and update relevant information as needed.
- You will manage Medicare billing and banking with the assistance of the team.
