**Job Description**: **Our Family**:
- A friendly and busy family of six in Paddington, QLD, is seeking a proactive Nanny/Household Manager to join their home three days a week. The family includes four children: a 14-year-old boy, a 12-year-old girl, a 10-year-old girl, and a 9-year-old boy. Their household also includes a friendly dog. The schedule is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with 9-10 hour shifts, ideally starting at 7:30 am and finishing in the evening. They are offering $38
- $42 per hour + Super, with a mid-late January start date (hoping to secure someone before Christmas). A permanent position will be offered after a casual employment trial.
**Your Duties**:
- This role combines childcare and household management. During school hours, the nanny will focus on home management tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and admin. The afternoons will involve school pick-ups, coordinating after-school activities, preparing meals, and building positive relationships with the children. Providing thoughtful support to the neurodiverse teenager and spending time with the family dog are also key parts of the role.
