This is a leadership role for someone who leads from the floor — actively selling, coaching, and motivating the team while driving strong store performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. - Lead and inspire: Actively coach, mentor, and demonstrate the warm, genuine service that defines Papinelle.
- Hands-on fashion stylist: Showcase strong fashion and styling expertise to sell the story and lifestyle behind every product.
- Operational and fiscal savvy: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, rostering, budgets, and KPIs.
- Customer champion: Dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven industry experience: Minimum of 2 years' management experience in fashion retail with proven sales results. Who are they looking for?
