- Location: Head Office Based Paddington We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to support our commercial projects . You’ll be working across procurement, cost control, and supporting the PM and site team from early stages through to completion. Key responsibilities
- Letting Consultant and subcontract packages
- Procurement of trades and suppliers
- Reviewing and comparing quotes
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Managing variations and progress claims
- Assisting with estimating and tendering
- Liaising with subcontractors and consultants Whats Required:
- 3+ years experience in a CA or estimating role
- Commercial construction experience
- Able to read drawings and scope works
- Organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable dealing with trades and clients What’s on offer

- Exposure to both estimating and live projects
- Opportunity to move towards a Senior CA / Project Manager role Pay: $71,710.48 – $155,235.02 per year Advantages:
