Casual StretchLab Sales Associate role

**As our Sales Associate, you will be required to**.
- Book Appointments from leads ( leads provided )
- Fitness membership sales experience is ideal: following sales processes to convert prospect inquiries into membership sales.
- Customer service activities including responding to member queries, membership management and general session booking duties.
- Lead and inspire team members so they can fulfil what if offered.
- Tidying the floor and maintaining the club standards as well as spending general floor time talking to members and creating a friendly community-based setting.
- Work with the Stretch team to Create content for the Social Media pages such as fitness tips, health tips, training & technique guides & update our social media page. (Content Provided)
- Work alongside our Stretch team to ensure amazing member experiences by co-managing the group training and member orientation programs
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- fantastic communication skills with empathy
- Must present at work well groomed.
- Training Provided!

**Skills & Experience**

Sales Experience
- Ideally, Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Face to Face and has some experience.

Not Shy and able to offer Solutions to members

Background in other industries will be reviewed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00
- $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9
- 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Rotating roster
