Position Title: Patient Transport Officer
Employment Type:Permanent Part Time
Hours per week:Up to 32 Hours
Position Grade:Motor Vehicle Driver 4651 Kg and up to 6250 Kg
Salary:$59,428.03 base salary per annum
Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Health Employees Agreement 2019

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a agile team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Department/Service. The operator is an effective team member who will work with both clinical and non-clinical staff, to undertake patient service tasks which support the wellbeing of patients and staff, through the provision of service in the areas of patient, staff and goods transport and other directed duties.

Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Possess a current Senior First Aid Certificate prior to commencement
Possess and maintain a Certificate III in Patient Transport or willingness to obtain a Certificate lll in Patient Transport
Ability to successfully work as part of a team and individually, both in a supervised and unsupervised setting with flexibility in work hourr
A robust commitment to customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
