LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

This is an opportunity for an organised and analytical skilled to play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure a seamless flow within our fashion business.

Your responsibilities include:

- Inventory management of stock on hand, and management of all incoming and outgoing stock
- Managing stock levels via the Cin7 ERP Inventory management system
- Updating stock spreadsheets
- Accurate inventory and data records
- Create detailed reports of all inventory transactions
- Manage physical stocktakes
- Manage stockroom space
- Maintain incoming delivery procedures and process all incoming stock
- Maintain all stock returns
- Oversee online fulfilment processes

This role requires:

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience in similar role within a warehousing/distribution/logistics environment
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in ERP inventory management system, preferably cin7
- Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and Microsoft excel
