LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

This is an prospect for an organised and analytical skilled to play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure a seamless flow within our fashion business.

Your responsibilities include:

Inventory management of stock on hand, and management of all incoming and outgoing stock

Managing stock levels via the Cin7 ERP Inventory management system

Updating stock spreadsheets

Accurate inventory and data records

Create detailed reports of all inventory transactions

Manage physical stocktakes

Manage stockroom space

Maintain incoming delivery procedures and process all incoming stock

Maintain all stock returns

Oversee online fulfilment processes

This role requires:

Exceptional organisational skills

Experience in similar role within a warehousing/distribution/logistics environment

Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices

Proficiency in ERP inventory management system, preferably cin7

Robust organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in spreadsheet software and Microsoft excel
