Position: Workplace Concierge Lead

Location: Sydney, Circular Quay

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends, Public Holidays, or Nights)

As a Workplace Concierge Lead, you will be at the forefront of fostering a thriving work workplace for the employees. Your role involves coordinating events, managing daily operations, and overseeing reception and hospitality services to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.:

Manage mail and supplies efficiently to support daily operations.:

Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.:

Maintain equipment and meeting rooms for optimal functionality.:

Guide new employee onboarding to facilitate a seamless integration process.:

Oversee a dedicated barista service to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a similar concierge or hospitality role.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Benefits:

Salary $70,000
- $75,000.
