**About the role**
Oroton is coming to DFO Jindalee and we are looking to start building our dream team for this exciting new location. We are currently hiring for Customer Experience Specialists (full-time, part-time, casual).
We are looking for team with strong outlet experience who understand the pace, volume, and energy that comes with running a high-turnover outlet store! You’ll be working as part of a large team, working together to drive store performance, and setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. For our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions, we are looking for leaders with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to motivate and drive results through busy trade periods which will be key to success in these roles.

- Work closely with the team to keep the store looking its best. Execute merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- Partner with the management team to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.
