If you live and breathe safety, wellbeing, and people-first values, this is the role for you! **What You’ll Be Doing**: For the love of safety, you’ll partner with teams across the business to drive best-practice WHS initiatives. Supporting and educating leaders to create a proactive safety culture. Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing effective safety solutions. Keeping us ahead of industry standards by staying up to date with WHS legislation. Championing a positive safety culture—because we care about our people! **What We’re Looking For**: ✨ A solid background in workplace health & safety, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment. ✨ Experience partnering with stakeholders to embed WHS best practices. ✨ A warm and engaging approach—you’ll be working with teams across the business. ✨ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. ✨ Formal WHS qualifications (or equivalent experience). **Why You’ll Love Working With Us**:
