About the role
Join our Jindalee team working as a Maintenance Team Member providing repair, maintenance, and capital works service at our site.
The responsibilities include:
Assisting tradespersons with diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Recommend ways to maximise efficiency and minimise costs of utilities.
Recommend ways to enhance productivity, efficiency and profitability of the plant.
Attend to urgent maintenance breakdowns to avoid loss of production.
Carry out repair work in accordance with maintenance planning schedules.
Carry out all mechanical repairs in accordance with Teys Australia WHS policies and procedures.
About You:
Essential:_
Knowledge of heavy agricultural equipment, diesel/mechanical fitting, milling equipment, water pumps and workplace technology.
MIG and stick welding experience.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic operations.
Current drivers’ licence,Q-Fever Vaccination (or willing to get)
Desirable:_
Forklift licence or willingness to get one.
A trade/qualification certificate.
