**About the role** Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Queensland drivers licence and own vehicle for work use
