**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Leading Hand to join our team at our Seventeen Mile Rocks facility. This is a physically demanding role that plays a key part in daily production operations and leads a small team of factory staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, supervise and work alongside a small team of production staff
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure your line meets output and inventory targets
- Be able to operate all aspects of the production line, supporting team as needed
- Play a key role in quality control processes and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain and clean machinery and factory equipment
- Operate forklifts to move materials and load machines
- Wrap, pack, and prepare pallets for dispatch
- Use power tools for maintenance and production prep

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in a hands-on, physically demanding factory role
- Experience in precast concrete is preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Mechanically minded with machine maintenance experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management
- Physically fit and hands-on
- Driver’s licence
- Available Monday to Friday, 6:30am
- 3:30pm

Pay: $85,000.00
- $95,000.00 per year
