**Service Technician**

IQIP, the global leader in pile driving and handling equipment, is looking for a Service Technician. Together with our 400 colleagues across the globe, we provide smart and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects. Our work extends both at sea, where we contribute to wind farm and oil & gas projects, and on land, where we engage in projects related to bridges and ports. You will be contributing to smart solutions within the Offshore Wind, Coastal & Civil, Decommissioning, and Oil & Gas markets to make the world more sustainable.

**Your work**

As a Service Technician at IQIP, you will carry out work on client projects all over the world, such as foundation installations for offshore wind farms, through which thousands of homes will be supplied with green energy. You will spend regularly time offshore and work in teams of 2 to 6 people per project. Support from our office team is always available, sometimes even through smart vision glasses! Our Service Technicians maintain, repair, commission, and (digitally) operate our hydraulic equipment (hammers and handling tools). In case there is no offshore project to deliver, you’ll be working in our yards in Australia on our equipment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Carry out maintenance, repair, commissioning, and operation of hydraulic equipment.
- Participate in offshore and onshore projects, working in teams.
- Ensure safety and meet explicit targets.

**Your profile**
- Passionate about technology, a self-starter aiming to successfully deliver each project.
- Works well under time pressure and is flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Prioritizes safety and goal-oriented.
- Takes ownership and proactively handles issues.
- Proficient in English, with a valid driver’s license, willing to travel internationally and obtain necessary vaccinations.
- A few years of work experience in a similar function is appreciated, alongside a completed diploma in mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical engineering.
