Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are based in Brisbane’s Western suburbs. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team based in Darra on a 3-month temporary basis with the potential for permanency for the right person.

- Immediate start About the role:

Reporting into the Accounts Manager and working in a team environment, your duties will include:
- High volume processing of accounts payable invoices
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling supplier inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies
- Assisting with end-of-month processing and reporting
- General administrative support to the finance team About you:
- Proven experience in a high volume Accounts Payable position
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is highly regarded
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team workplace
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
