We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join the team in a hands-on role offering a 4-day working week, stable hours, and long-term opportunities. This is a fast-paced production setting where quality, consistency, and teamwork are key. What You'll Be Doing As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Trimming, cutting, and portioning frozen meat products to required specifications
- Maintaining high quality and food safety standards throughout production
- Working with processing equipment and following production procedures
- Meeting daily production targets within a team environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
