Accounts Payable Officer - Automotive (Darra)

Accounts Payable Officer | Westpoint Autos | Darra/Indooroopilly | Full time | $70,000 dependent on experience About the Role Due to continued growth, we are looking for Experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join our Corporate Accounts team at Darra. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

- Processing high-volume invoices & credit notes
- Managing monthly creditor reconciliations
- Preparing & processing weekly, monthly & ad-hoc payments
- Responding to creditor enquiries via email & phone
- Ensuring accuracy & compliance across all transactions What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Experience with large Dealership ERP systems (Titan DMS is a plus!)
- Strong time management & prioritisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team & share knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
