- giving you 4 days off every week to relax, explore, or do whatever you love! **Why this role is special**:
- Work just three days a week, with 12-hour shifts and 4 days off very week
- Day shifts: 6am
- 6pm | Night shifts: 6pm
- 2am (rotating every 2 weeks).
- Friendly, supportive team environment
- no experience needed, full training provided.

Duties include
- Helping with production tasks like sorting, packaging, labelling, and lifting.
- Operating a finishing machine (TXR)
- don’t worry, we’ll train you!
- Checking products for quality and spotting defects.
- Following safety and work instructions while keeping the team running smoothly.
- Problem-solving on the go and learning new skills along the way.
About You
- Prior packing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning.
- A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights required.
