We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join the team in a hands-on role offering a 4-day working week, secure hours, and long-term opportunities.

This is a fast-paced production setting where quality, consistency, and teamwork are key.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Trimming, cutting, and portioning frozen meat products to required specifications Maintaining high quality and food safety standards throughout production Working with processing equipment and following production procedures Meeting daily production targets within a team environment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

What We're Looking For We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, with previous food production or meat processing experience highly regarded (but not essential).

You'll ideally have Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold production setting A reliable attitude with strong punctuality and work ethic Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety standards Team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
