What we are looking for:

Must have prior reception or clinical experience within the Veterinary industry

Enjoys chatting to clients and building great relationships with them and their pets

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team

An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a ‘nothing's a problem!’ attitude

The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a quick-paced environment

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor

Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries

Managing the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming workplace

Processing payments and handling billing inquiries

Liaising with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining accurate client records and information
