About the role We are seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team at Ideal Glass Pty Ltd in Darwin, NT. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair and replacement of glass in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. What you'll be doing 1. Measure, cut and install glass for windows, doors, showers, and other glass fixtures 2. Repair and replace damaged or broken glass 3. Provide expert advice to customers on glass selection and installation 4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards 5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment 6. Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and customer expectations What we're looking for 1. Completed apprenticeship or formal training in glazing 2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Glazier in the building industry 3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications 5. Robust customer service orientation and communication skills 6. Commitment to work safely and follow all relevant regulations and procedures 7.
