- Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience
- Adapt to different kitchens and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes
- Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp and village facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- CHEFS
- Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)
- Previous experience working in remote environments or 24hr ops camps (highly advantageous)
- Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Australian National Police Clearance
