Distribution Centre Manager (Darwin)

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Darwin operation and ensure efficient, safe and customer‑focused warehouse and logistics performance. About the role Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of warehouse operations including safety, stock integrity, workforce planning, cost control and customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be actively involved in daily operations. Key responsibilities

- Lead all WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, stock accuracy and stocktakes
- Drive productivity, workforce planning and cost‑saving initiatives
- Oversee dispatch, delivery performance and customer issue resolution
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, equipment and site compliance
- Coach, engage and develop a high‑performing warehouse team About you

- Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management
- Strong people leadership with a calm, solutions‑focused approach
- Relationship building with our sales and operations teams
- Hands‑on and operationally minded
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Forklift licence, Driver’s licence and WHS knowledge required
