As we enter an important growth stage, we are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the founding team and help scale the business. About the Role: This is not a traditional employment role. This is a founder-level opportunity for someone who wants to help build and grow a startup from the ground up while earning meaningful equity ownership in the company. The Co-Founder & CMO will lead brand growth, customer acquisition, strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and go-to-market execution while working closely with the founder on the long-term vision and expansion of the business. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Bonifid’s marketing and growth strategy
• Lead brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration
• Drive employer and wellness provider acquisition
• Build strategic partnerships and growth channels
• Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
• Support investor readiness, pitch strategy, and market expansion
• Contribute to overall business strategy and operational growth Preferred Experience:
• Startup, SaaS, marketplace, or platform growth experience
• Strong background in marketing, branding, or growth strategy
• Experience in B2B partnerships and customer acquisition
• HR Tech, Wellness, HealthTech, or employee benefits industry experience is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability What We’re Looking For:
