In this pivotal role, you’ll drive our success by connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations in the Northern Territory. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality staffing solutions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the NT. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced recruitment workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding
- Promote job opportunities across diverse channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
- Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across a variety of industries.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, along with comprehensive reference checks.
- Present candidate profiles to clients, maintain clear communication, and collect feedback throughout the process.
- Provide outstanding service and support to both clients and candidates.
- Visiting site on a semi-regular basis including FIFO
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while managing multiple roles concurrently.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to align recruitment strategies with business needs. What We’re Looking For:
