Operations Controller (Darwin)

Territory Air Services (TAS) is looking for an Operations Controller to join our growing team! TAS is a family-owned and operated air charter company based in Darwin. We help our students, teachers, patients, food and more get to and from communities across the top end. We operate a fleet of five different types of single and twin-engine aircraft across the NT and into parts of Western Australia and Queensland. About the Role The Operations Controller plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support our pilots, interact with customers and problem solve. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responding to phone and email enquiries, including providing quotes
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with passenger check-ins
- Supporting the day-to-day business operations
- Assist with scheduling of pilots, planes and maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Working With Children Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
