Store Business Manager - Darwin

As a Store Business Manager, you will:
- Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
- Coach and develop your people, building capability and future leaders
- Drive safety and wellbeing as a non-negotiable priority
- Own overall store performance, maximise sales, margin, and driving profitability growth while managing expenses and commercial success
- Champion operational excellence, ensuring compliance and high standards across the board
- Connect day-to-day operations with big-picture strategy. Drive a clear, consistent message and translate business goals into easy, actionable steps that everyone can understand and deliver. About you You’re a proven, hands‑on leader with experience guiding large, high-performing teams. Customer obsession and people empowerment are at the heart of everything you do. You’re a coach, a sales powerhouse, and a strategic thinker who spots opportunities others miss and turns them into results. What You’ll Bring
- A background leading large retail teams (30+ minimum)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a people‑first mindset
- Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L;
- Flexibility to work across our span of hours
