About the Opportunity The Warehouse Supervisor is a full time, permanent opportunity based at our Darwin Warehouse , offering a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced logistics environment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency across inbound and outbound processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Working closely with the broader Logistics Operations team, you’ll play a key role in continuous improvement, change initiatives, and building a strong team culture. The ideal working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, providing consistency while supporting operational needs. In this Role
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and manage claims.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

- Warehouse Supervisory Experience
- Experience in leading teams
- Use of continuous improvement tools and methods
- Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of EEO, OH&S; and HACCP regulations
- Strong problem‑solving skills
