Customer Service Officer (Darwin)

- Respond to customer enquiries and process sales, both in person and over the phone
- Answer incoming calls, ensuring they are directed and resolved efficiently
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes and ensure all follow‑up is completed
- Enter sales data accurately into the sales management system
- General administration as required, including management of cash sale payments and pre‑payment of accounts
- CRM data entry and allocation of credit notes
