- Blueprint Precision: Reading and interpreting complex shop drawings to map out layouts efficiently.
- System Commissioning: Testing and inspecting installed systems to ensure elite commercial performance and compliance.

- The Ticket: Trade Qualified Mechanical Plumber (or equivalent piping qualification).
- The Drawing Literacy: Proven ability to read shop drawings and install systems from scratch.
- The Drive: A clean manual driver’s licence, a /"get it done/" attitude, and exemplary pride in clean workmanship.
- The Experience: Proven background in commercial installations—you know your way around a plant room and master-level pipe layouts. Experience in HVAC-R piping is highly regarded.
