The

Warehouse Supervisor

is a

full time, permanent

opportunity based at our

Darwin Warehouse

, offering a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency across inbound and outbound processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Working closely with the broader Logistics Operations team, you'll play a key role in continuous improvement, change initiatives, and building a strong team culture.

The ideal working hours are

8:00 am to 4:30 pm

, providing consistency while supporting operational needs.

In this Role

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Managing inventory, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies and managing claims.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

You're Likely a Match If

Warehouse supervisory experience.

Experience in leading teams.

Use of continuous improvement tools and methods.

Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook.

Knowledge of EEO, OH&S; and HACCP regulations.

Solid problem-solving skills.

Extensive knowledge of OH&S; practices.
