Account Broker - Insurance Broking (Darwin)

- Manage your own portfolio
- Handle new business enquiries
- Place risks with insurers both online and open market
- Manage renewals
- Service client's enquiries and administrating policy documentation. About You
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
- Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking is desirable but not essential, with Tier 1 qualifications highly regarded.
