Service Advisor - Automotive Industry (Darwin)

For Service Advisor, Customer Service Consultant to deliver exceptional automotive service experiences for an established motor group. A Permanent Full Time position within a customer-focused environment.

- Location: Northern Territory, Darwin Your normal day will involve:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service needs.
- Coordinating service bookings, managing repair orders, and updating customers on repair status.
- Handling warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service, follow-ups, and prompt communication.
- Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman to streamline service operations. You will coordinate service bookings, manage repair orders, and keep customers informed throughout the process, all while striving for absolute satisfaction.
