Training Network Coordinator | Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) Darwin | Hybrid | $125k-143k + Super (depending on experience) About the organisation The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a national medical college that sets and maintains qualified standards for rural generalists across Australia. With over 6,000 members working in rural, remote and First Nations communities, ACRRM focuses on training and assessing specialist GPs, setting clinical standards, and providing advocacy and support to strengthen healthcare delivery in underserved regions. About The Role The Training Network Coordinator will oversee the delivery of the ACRRM RG Fellowship program, lead and support a small and dedicated team, and strengthen relationships across the healthcare and education system. You will coordinate and oversee training and education activities delivered by medical educators, ensuring programmes run smoothly, meet compliance requirements, promote the program and provide a positive experience for registrars.
- Program delivery and operations: Lead delivery of the Fellowship training in your region, ensuring activities run on time, meet standards and remain compliant, while managing placements, data and risks.
- Team leadership: Lead and support a geographically dispersed team, driving performance, capability and a collaborative, accountable culture.
- Stakeholder engagement: Act as the central coordination point and build robust relationships across registrars, training sites, educators and key stakeholders.
- Promotion and outreach: Promote the training pathway through engagement and events, supporting registrar attraction, retention and regional capacity growth.
- Planning and performance: Monitor program performance and provide insights to inform workforce planning, continuous improvement and program growth.
- Financial and governance: Support budget oversight and ensure activities align with funding requirements, policies and safe, fit‐for‐purpose facilities. Why you'll love it

- Experience managing education, training, health or government‐funded programs, ideally within a medical college, membership-based organisation, hospital or public sector environment.
- Proven people leadership experience, including building and supporting geographically dispersed teams.
- Confident communicator who can engage, influence and present to varied audiences and stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate and support individuals through complex and challenging situations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across data, systems and program delivery.
- Resilient, adaptable and solutions‐focused, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
