This is a prominent, leadership-aligned role working directly alongside the Principal, the Leader of Learning, Data and Innovation, and the Senior Leadership Team. You will hold the keys to optimizing staff resources, driving the subject selection process, and engineering a agile learning environment where both teachers and students thrive. - Architect the Schedule: Develop a forward-thinking timetable that supports contemporary pedagogical methods, student course flexibility, and optimal learning outcomes.
- Drive Subject Selection: Lead the collaborative subject selection process with Learning Area Leaders to translate student pathways into a functional academic structure.
- Data & LMS Optimization: Maintain advanced operational knowledge of school ICT systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage staffing, rooming, and enrollment changes seamlessly. 2. Resource Allocation & Agile Collaboration
- Optimize Teaching Talent: Strategically align staff resources to specialized learning areas, fostering an environment where academic curiosity and passion can thrive.
- Dynamic Adjustments: Partner with the Leader of College Organisation to execute fluid day-to-day timetable modifications, special event structures, and revised teaching allocations. 3. Assessment & Compliance Support
- Exam Logistics: Plan and coordinate Stage 2 Trial and Final exams in partnership with the Leader of Learning, Data and Innovation.
- NTCET Alignment: Work closely with the NTCET Coordinator to guarantee flawless data integrity and regular updates for Stage 1 and Stage 2 subject enrollments. Selection Criteria Qualifications & Compliance
- Four-year trained teaching qualification with current Teacher Registration Board (TRB) Accreditation.
- Current NT Ochre Card (Working with Children Check).
- Desired: Master’s level qualification (or commitment to enroll) and current Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School. Skills & Attributes
- The Systems Strategist: Deep technical proficiency in modern timetabling software and school data administration.
- The Master Collaborator: Proven ability to work cooperatively with executive leadership, faculty heads, and external bodies like Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT).
- The High-Impact Communicator: Exceptional, respectful communication skills with staff, parents, and guardians, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
