About the Role We have an exciting chance for an experienced and qualified Mechanic to join either the AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre‑accident condition. This is a full‑time position. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components
- Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts
- Conduct quality control and inspection of vehicles
- Test drive vehicles to verify repair standards
- Perform wheel alignments
- Update diagnostic and alignment computers as required
- Label parts and store them properly
- Verify new parts are correct and undamaged
- Adapt vehicles based on diagnoses
- Maintain cleanliness of work bay and workshop areas About You
- Experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential)
- Strong commitment to safety
- Desire to grow and develop skills
- Good attitude with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and process‑driven approach
