Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Darwin)

Key responsibilities include:
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
- Deliver monthly management reporting across the group – accurate, timely and insightful
- Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
- Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
- Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset Skills and Qualifications
- Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
- Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., JobPac, Power BI or similar)
- Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Possess solid attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
- Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
- 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or accounting
- Experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
- Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline DCOH BENEFITS
