What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service and presentation excellence Assist in managing store operations including stock control, merchandising, and team performance Oversee training, development, and performance conversations Ensure a secure and compliant store workplace Drive additional sales through up‑selling and effective product recommendations
