We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Boilermakers to join our team. As a Boilermaker at AMB Industries, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of:

transportable building structural steel fabrication chassis verandas stairs stud wall frames roof trusses etc. shed fabrication

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a variety of materials and tools to produce high-quality components, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints Fabricating and welding components using various materials, including steel and alloys Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment Performing quality control checks to ensure precision and accuracy Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements: Trade qualification as a Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering Heavy Fabrication) Proven experience as a Boilermaker in a similar role Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques Able to Pass a weld test to AS1554.1 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Robust attention to detail and precision in work Excellent problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace safety Strong teamwork and communication skills Forklift licence Punctual with a positive attitude Able to Pass a Drug and Alcohol Test if requested
