Property Manager (Darwin)

Job Information Location: Darwin City, NT Salary: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation

Job Type: Full time, Permanent Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across Darwin and Palmerston.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and prospective renters.
- Advertising rental properties and coordinating tenant enquiries.
- Conducting open inspections, routine inspections, ingoing inspections and outgoing inspections.
- Preparing tenancy documents, lease renewals, notices, condition reports and property records.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with approved contractors.
- Monitoring rent payments, arrears and tenancy obligations.
- Assisting with dispute resolution and tenancy-related communications.
- Providing landlords with regular updates, recommendations and property management advice.
- Ensuring property management practices comply with relevant NT tenancy legislation and agency procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records in property management systems and office databases. Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, leasing or a related role.
- Solid knowledge of residential property management processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage landlords, tenants and contractors professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Good computer skills and experience using real estate/property management software.
- Current driver licence and ability to attend property inspections across Darwin and Palmerston.
- Real estate registration, licensing or relevant NT real estate training will be highly regarded (mandatory).
