- Design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes with creative flair
- Develop menus, estimate food and labor costs, and secure food supplies while managing the departmental budget
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to hazard analysis and critical control points, and food safety
- Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties, as well as engaging guests to enhance the first-class guest dining experience More about you
- Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5, or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial
- 2+ years’ experience monitoring food and labour cost, menu costing, and development
- Experience ordering inventory, as well as procedures including cost controls, and handling invoices
