- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination More about you
- Solid background in kitchen operations with previous experience as a Cook is required
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 15/6/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
