Financial Planning & Analysis Fp&a Analyst Darwin

Key responsibilities include:

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units

Deliver monthly management reporting across the group – accurate, timely and insightful

Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities

Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes

Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business

Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required

Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset

Skills and Qualifications

Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability

Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets

Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., JobPac, Power BI or similar)

Can translate financial data into explicit, actionable insights

Possess solid attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset

Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership

3–6 years’ experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or accounting

Experience in a multi-entity setting preferred

Background in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageous

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
