Team Lead

: Day-to-day coordination of web developers, release planning, and stakeholder communication.

Developer

: Hands‐on development and maintenance of web-facing government applications.

What you will be working on

Developing and maintaining web application components integrated with mainframe business systems

Planning and delivering complex system releases across development, test, and production environments

Developing technical, operational, and procedural documentation

Advising clients on integration point impacts across projects

Providing 3rd level technical support for web and Microsoft-based business information systems

Stakeholder engagement across internal and external NTG teams

What you will need

Demonstrated experience in web application development and integrated development environments

Hands‐on experience with .NET and JavaScript development

Experience with Sitecore CMS (highly regarded)

Familiarity with XML and web service integrations

Ability to obtain Ochre Card, Police Clearance, and PF166 if requested

Based in Darwin or willing to relocate as position is onsite

Leadership requirements for Technical Lead and Team Lead applicants

Experience leading and mentoring development teams

Experience coordinating releases

Experience advising on integration impacts

Contract details

12‐month initial term with options to extend for two further 12‐month periods

After‐hours work required from time to time at the agreed hourly rate

Job Types: Full time, Fixed term, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $200, per year

Ability to commute/relocate: Darwin NT : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
