HR Driver

Responsibilities
Operate a 12‐tonne truck in compliance with BOC standards, regulations and policy.
Complete daily and weekly inspections to ensure the vehicle is always fit for service, clean, presentable, and all documentation and safety equipment are up to date and in test.
Timely delivery of paperwork and active cooperation with stakeholders.
Cooperate with branch staff in servicing customers, completion of work, flexibility in responding to demand, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Report compliance issues / out‐of‐service cylinders and conduct checks where required.
Ensure all incidents are reported to the Branch Manager.
Be safety‐conscious and abide by all regulations associated with the position.
Liaise with customers in a qualified manner at all times.
Qualifications
Driving experience operating a Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle with a clear driving history.
Dangerous Goods handling certificate.
Experience in a retail sales setting is highly advantageous.
Strong focus on customer service.
Excellent time‐management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Industrial and safety equipment knowledge would be beneficial.
Forklift licence will be highly regarded.
