- $15m. Berrimah office location. Working with our growing Northern Territory division you will be working within our team-oriented commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive commercial reviews of Head contracts and Agreements
Negotiate contract departures for Head Contract and Subcontract agreements
Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
Liaise with internal DDR team and external stakeholders
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
About You
An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
Analytical skills and high attention to detail
Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management)
Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
