What We're Looking For 2+ years mine site and/or emergency services experience National Police Clearance (within 12 months old) Full Working Rights in Australia Pre‐employment Medical required, including Drug and Alcohol Testing prior to site mobilisation Qualifications CertificateIII in Emergency Response and Rescue HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing RIIVEH305F – Operate & Maintain 4WD Vehicle RIISS***** – Surface Coal Mine Safety Skill Set (Standard11) Coal Board Medical (RSHQ) HLT***** – Certificate1V in Health Care (required for MESO) Additional Training Experience Confined space and vertical rescue High‐risk work First aid and medical response Workplace safety and compliance Trainer & Assessor Qualifications TAE***** CertificateIV in Training and Assessment A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials: TAESS***** Assessor Skill Set or its successor TAESS***** VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skills Set or its successor A Diploma of higher‐level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training Bonus Qualifications TAE***** CertIV Training & Assessment White Card BG4 – Underground Search & Rescue BA Benefits Growth opportunities – We invest in your development and progression.
