We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single / Couple Store Managers to join our Relief / Permanent Management Team, supporting day‐to‐day operations across multiple store locations. Description We are seeking passionate single and management couples to join our agile team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job – it's an adventure! You'll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with the community while exploring some of Australia's most isolated locations. You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store's commercial performance and reputation. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision. Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in‐store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment. Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies. Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service. Support staff training initiatives. Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years in retail or quick-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams. Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management (inventory & expense controls). Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
